Katie Green

Doing the 21 day New Year New You Challenge was one of the best things I have done for myself in a long time. I lost a total of six pounds during the WINTER – something I thought I could never do because I normally gain in January and February. This group provided me with motivation, accountability, and a lot of helpful ideas and tips I could use to make better choices. Sonya is a great coach and I really love her positive style – she has truly helped me to jump-start my goals and get me moving in the right direction. I look forward to joining her upcoming clean eating challenge and start a new fitness program.

Vision Board Workshop

“When Sonya presents, you can tell it comes from the heart and that she is very passionate about helping people to find their vision. She has this ability to see a person’s talents and what is at the core of their being and she invites them to explore and share that gift with the world.” – Julie M.
