From time to time I run challenge groups. These groups are free, motivational, and are not sales driven. They are strictly designed to inform, motivate, support, and encourage each and every member. They are what helped me to find my way and stay on track and in turn I am motivated to help others. All levels, all diets, all ideas, and all people are accepted here.
These groups are run through a private group on Facebook. It is confidential and private. The groups typically run through a particular season or for a set amount of time, such as for 21 days, the amount of time it takes to develop healthy new habits. There’s something for everyone.
There are contests, information, workouts, and more. Participants are there for each other on good and bad days alike. It is a support environment where the participation of all makes it work, Together we are a team.
